The short tape is a continuation of a formal interview with Mikhail Aronovich Vainshelboim. (Part 2 of 2. See MDV 352) They discuss Jewish food customs and Jewish life in Berdychiv before the war, as well as relations to non-Jews.

00:00:00 Vanshelboim discusses food customs, particularly how to kosher meat and prepare gefilte fish. He also remembers the local kosher butcher from his childhood, as well as his mother's cooking and baking.
